1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Packt ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and IJCodeLabs ("we," "us," or "our").

2. Description of Service

Packt is a mobile application designed for motorcycle enthusiasts to:

• Organize and participate in group rallies and meetups
• Share real-time location with other rally participants
• Plan routes with motorcycle-specific navigation
• Communicate with other riders via text chat and voice channels
• Track riding statistics and achievements
• Send emergency SOS alerts to trusted contacts

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the App, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly update any changes to your information
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, you must have parental consent to use the App.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Subscription Tiers

Packt offers the following subscription tiers:

Pack Leader	$4.99/month	Custom voice rooms, listen-all mode, unlimited packs, solo location sharing, loop routes, custom map icon upload, full activity history, pack leaderboard, ride analytics & heatmap
Club	$14.99/month	Everything in Pack Leader, pack banner image, verified club badge, pack announcements, member activity stats, member list export

Billing & Renewal

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account (iOS) or Google Play account (Android) at confirmation of purchase
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• Subscription prices may change; we will notify you in advance of any price changes

Cancellation

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device's app store settings
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods
• After cancellation, you retain access to premium features until the end of your paid period

Android: Google Play Store > Menu > Subscriptions > Packt

5. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Use the App while operating a vehicle in an unsafe manner
• Share false location information or impersonate others
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Use the App for any illegal activities
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
• Create multiple accounts for fraudulent purposes
• Use automated systems to access the App

6. User Content

You retain ownership of content you create (rally descriptions, chat messages, profile information). By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute such content within the App.

You are solely responsible for your content and must ensure it does not violate any laws or third-party rights.

7. Safety & Liability

We are not responsible for:

• Accidents or injuries occurring during rallies
• Actions or behavior of other users
• Accuracy of location data or route suggestions
• Failure of SOS alerts due to network issues

8. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, graphics, and content, is owned by IJCodeLabs and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App
• Reverse engineer or decompile the App
• Use our trademarks without permission
• Remove any copyright notices from the App

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
• Harass or harm other users
• Misuse the SOS or emergency features

You may delete your account at any time through the App or at https://api.ijcodelabs.com/delete-account.

10. Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• MERCHANTABILITY
• FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
• NON-INFRINGEMENT
• ACCURACY OF INFORMATION
• UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IJCODELABS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, data, or goodwill
• Personal injury or property damage
• Any damages exceeding the amount you paid us in the past 12 months

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App or by email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Croatia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Croatia.
